We’ve organized the start-up of dozens of companies on behalf
of entrepreneurs in the U.S., Japan, India, Asia and Europe. Foster has
been intimately involved in the high-tech industry for over twenty years,
including having represented the Electronic Industries Association and
the American Electronics Association as Lawyer-Lobbyist in Japan.

For over two decades we’ve been privileged to have worked with
some of the world’s most successful entrepreneurs.
We’ve been actively involved in high-tech ventures
located in Silicon Valley, Portland’s Silicon Forest, Route 128,
the Research Triangle in Raleigh-Durham, Medical Alley and the high-tech
centers in India, Hong Kong and Japan.
Through our collaboration with William New,
M.D., Ph.D., and Matt
we work with entrepreneurs to:

- Obtain funding
- Start-up operations.

(a subsidiary of India’s Usha Beltron conglomerate)

- PictureTel (now a product line of Polycom)
Foster served as an adviser to the entrepreneur-founders of Japan’s
DDI Co., Ltd., the first telecom common
carrier in Japan to compete with
We’ve created new ventures as wholly-owned or multiparty subsidiaries
for Japanese, Chinese, Indian and European companies operating in the
United States, including:
- Japan Aviation Electronics Industries, Ltd. (a member of the NEC
- Tokyo Ohka Kogyo, strategic supplier of photoresist to Intel
- USG Corporation
